I. Nature of Service (B2B Only)
The VitaBoost platform is designed exclusively for Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial use by licensed medical facilities, wellness clinics, and corporate HR departments. Personal use or use by unauthorized entities is strictly prohibited.
Our infrastructure is engineered for High-Priority Transactional Traffic. [cite_start]It is not designed for, and must not be used for, bulk marketing campaigns, affiliate marketing, or promotional blasts[cite: 1].
II. Permitted Email Types
Emails sent through the VitaBoost infrastructure must fall into one of the following "System Alert" or "Workflow Notification" categories:
- Transactional Medical Alerts: Appointment reminders, post-care instructions, lab result notifications.
- Account Lifecycle: Password resets, 2FA verification codes, onboarding invitations.
- Billing & Legal: Invoices, receipts, contract updates, Terms of Service changes.
- Workforce Management: Shift schedules for clinic staff, internal operational alerts.
III. Prohibited Content & Practices
You may not use the Service to send content that involves:
- Marketing & Promotion: Unless explicit double opt-in consent is proven and the content is relevant to an existing patient relationship.
- High-Risk Categories: Gambling, adult content, cryptocurrency, multi-level marketing (MLM), pharmaceutical sales (outside of prescribed therapy plans). [cite_start]
- Cold Outreach: Sending emails to recipients who have not specifically requested information from your clinic[cite: 1].
IV. Consent & Opt-In Requirements
VitaBoost enforces a strict Double Opt-In policy for all recipient lists. You must maintain verifiable records of consent for every email address in your database, including:
- The IP address of the user at the time of signup.
- The URL of the form where consent was given.
- A timestamp of the consent action.
Use of purchased, rented, or "scraped" email lists is a fundamental violation of this policy.
V. List Hygiene & Re-engagement

- Sunset Policy: You must stop sending emails to recipients who have not opened or clicked your emails in the last 6 months, unless they re-confirm their consent.
- Role Accounts: Sending to generic addresses (e.g., admin@, sales@, info@) is restricted as these are often unmonitored and prone to high bounce rates.
- Subject Line Accuracy: Subject lines must not be misleading or deceptive. They must accurately reflect the content of the message body.
VI. Performance Thresholds
To protect our IP reputation and delivery rates for all clients, we enforce the following thresholds:
- Bounce Rate: Must remain below 5%. Accounts exceeding this limit will be automatically paused.
- Spam Complaint Rate: Must remain below 0.1% (1 per 1,000 emails).
- Unsubscribe Rate: Should not exceed normal industry standards (typically < 1%).
